Aluminum gear pumps and motors

Gear pumps and motors feature a simple structure, high cost-effectiveness, ease of installation, customizable solutions, and the ability to integrate with control equipment.
The external gear pump and motor essentially consist of a pair of externally meshing gears, shaft sleeves, a housing, and front and rear end covers. The drive gear shaft protrudes through the front cover, which is sealed by a skeleton oil seal. Bearing loads are absorbed by sliding bearings. All these components have been specially designed for high-pressure applications, delivering outstanding start-stop performance and excellent resistance to contamination. Internal sealing within the pressure chamber is achieved via pressure-dependent forces, ensuring optimal efficiency. Additionally, the seal between the housing and gear teeth is maintained by minimizing clearance—clearance that can adapt dynamically based on the pressure differential between the gear and housing. Axial compensation and balance of any axial play are accomplished through a combination of specially shaped elastic sealing materials and hydraulic pressure acting in tandem.
Drawing on decades of experience in the development and manufacturing of gear pumps and motors, coupled with continuous innovation in design and production processes, we have developed a comprehensive range of gear pump and motor products tailored to diverse performance requirements and featuring various shaft extensions and flange connection dimensions.
By serially connecting various gear pumps of different displacements and across multiple series, we have developed several multi-pump units, which can be designed and customized according to customer requirements. Their performance is well-suited for a wide range of application scenarios.
